This is an interesting point in contrast to the demand by Russia that Ukraine amend its constitution to remain neutral between the various political blocks. But so sure that Ukraine has much agency to choose and I'm stil not sure if joining NATO is all so voluntary.

I can't help but think that dollar hegemony is important enough to make Ukraine choose a side to be on.
