The party of small government is a lie.

For decades, I’ve been fed this lie. It’s a lie about the Republican Party. It’s a sacred myth that says that the GOP believes that government governs best when it governs least. The rise of three police states in the last 50 years undermines their claim that they are the party of smaller government.
