The News From Kansas is Great, But It's Not a Sign for November

Like everyone else, I was surprised by the news coming out of Kansas. On Tuesday, Kansas voters had a chance to vote for a constitutional amendment that would ban abortion. The measure met a resounding defeat, not just in the ratio, but in volume.
