It is time for a new way for us to determine our collective fate and the way in which our resources are allocated. That way could be, as you have said, Tiered Democratic Governance. It could be some other way like copiosis, or something else, I don’t know. There are plenty of equitable and humane systems of governance that we have yet to try. What really works for humanity might not have been devised yet.

But I know for sure that what we have now isn’t working for most of us.
