On The Mass Shootings, Trump Points to Mental Illness

I’ve noticed that people have been quick to blame President Trump for the recent spate of mass shootings across the United States. Now I don’t like Trump and I think he causes a lot of problems, but mass shootings aren’t one of them.

I don’t think Trump wakes up in the morning with an intention to encourage a shooting. The people who perpetrated mass shootings made a decision to commit those crimes independent of Trump.
