Habits, skills and feedback. Great cycle of reinforcement for any behavior, even weight maintenance. I especially liked how you turned the perception of weight maintenance on its head. You made it less about will power and more about developing the *skill* of weight maintenance with a scientific approach.
I also liked how you included sensory perception in the skills we develop to maintain weight. I myself take notice of how I feel after I eat something and avoid eating something if I don’t like the way that I feel after I eat it. Even if the food tastes good, I pay attention to how I feel later, much later, like even the next day, after I eat something.
I’m glad to see that there is a scientific approach to weight loss and maintenance so that it’s not so much magic and will power.
