Escalation Is Not The Answer

The violence we see on our screens is a symptom, not a cause. By the time people fill the streets protesting, it’s too late.

In the last two days, I’ve seen things escalate. Large masses of people are now confronting teams of police. People are getting hurt, arrested, and driven away.
