China didn’t fail. And, yes, China did adopt some market reforms, but they still call their republic a communist republic.

All of the other countries you mentioned endured significant interference on the part of the United State via intelligence services, propaganda, interference in elections, etc.

Scandinavian countries have a far higher rate of taxation than we do. In the United States, there is a noticeable contingent that refers to those countries as socialist.

And to say that socialist or communist countries didn’t create wealth is a far stretch. They did create wealth, just not as efficiently as other countries did or are doing now.

I’d say we can agree to disagree.
