By this measure:

Cuba has a much higher literacy rate than the United States. I was actually rather surprised to see the US ranked at 125 and Cuba at 13.

So what exactly did Sanders undermine when he praised Cuba’s literacy program? Surely Sanders didn’t intend to undermine anything, did he?

It seems rather hard to be a nation of laws if people can’t understand them.
