A Little Thing Called Forgiveness

Forgiveness isn’t just for the people who hurt you the most.

I practice forgiveness every day. Sometimes multiple times in a day. Often it is with people I love. And I forgive people I don’t even know, just as much. I practice forgiveness for my mental health. I practice forgiveness because I can always get better at the skill of forgiveness. I have learned to see what is on the other side of forgiveness after I forgive someone. Forgiveness is required in all relationships. If I want peace, I find it with forgiveness.
